What types of cash-on-cash returns can I expect?

Returns are going to be based on your risk profile, location, product type and hold period.  Brand new apartment buildings in Denver could see a 6% return day 1.  Value-add apartments in Austin could see a 7% return day 1.  Industrial buildings in the Midwest could see an 8% return day 1.  We will show you a number of options and explain the risk and upside.

What are the investment minimums?

For a 1031 exchange, BRE is most effective above $1M.  If you have an amount below $1M, lets talk.  BRE has relationships with wealth managers which can help you place your funds. 

How does this investment compare to a DST?

With BRE, you are in control of the investment to buy, the hold period, when to refinance and when to sell all at a low fee.  You have direct access to the principal of BRE.

What are the hold periods?

I can tailor the hold period to specifically to you.  We can hold 5 years for maximum upside, we can hold 10 years for lower risk, or anytime in-between.  You have the control.

Why does BRE invest alongside me?

BRE believes co-alignment is important.  This investment shows that BRE is believes in each investment and has "skin in the game".

When should I call BRE?

Once you are considering a sale.  BRE can help you understand the likely returns for the reinvested funds. This will help you make a more informed decision about a sale.  BRE can also help include terms with your sale broker into the contract which will give you the ability to extend the contract in order to give yourself the most amount of time to uncover the best options for your invested income.

Anywhere from 5-12 years.  We can pair you with the sponsor which will show you investments which meet your goals.
