22-Years of Experience in Real Estate Investment, Fundraising, Property Management, and Leadership

David Boire is a real estate investment and property management leader with experience across acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, syndications, fundraising and operational scaling. His expertise spans multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hospitality and development investments across the U.S.

Growing up, David saw first hand the power from real estate as his mother was an opportunistic real estate investor of single family homes.  After graduating from UCSB with 2 degrees, he began his career with a Santa Barbara multifamily investment and property management firm with 15,000+ apartment homes. Over 9 years, he worked his way up the ranks and developed strengths in acquiring value-add investments, data-driven decision making, and inspirational leadership with accountability.  Experience in up and down markets and building the results of multigenerational wealth formed his basis for long term, real estate investing.

Capitalizing on his skill set, he joined another Santa Barbara firm with 1,000 units as the most senior leader. He executed and led the firm's acquisitions, dispositions, property management, and the creation of the investor syndication platform. After 12 years he was able to grow assets, safely and intentionally, by over $500M (5x).

In 2026, David founded Boire Real Estate to provide real estate investors and firms with expert-level results.  He offers alternatives to high cost passive investments platforms, while being personally accessible to investors.  And to partner with real estate firms to navigate the arduous path to growth.
