David Boire is a real estate investment and management leader with experience across acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, syndications, fundraising, operational scaling, and CEO coaching. His expertise spans multifamily, industrial, and development across the U.S.
Growing up, David saw first hand the power from real estate as his mother was a opportunistic investor of single family homes. After graduating from UCSB with 2 degrees, he began his career at NALS, a firm with 15,000+ apartment homes. Over 9 years, he developed strengths in acquiring value-add investments, data-driven decision making, and inspiring leadership with accountability.
Capitalizing on his skill set, he joined The Paskin Group as the most senior leader, where he oversaw acquisitions, property management, and the creation of the investor syndication platform. As President of the firm, he led a team of 80 real estate professionals and annual revenues of over $55M. The firm grew from $117M to more than $600M assets through $550M in acquisitions, twenty 1031 exchanges, and achieved 30% IRR to investors across full-cycle investments.
In 2026, he founded Boire Real Estate to provide real estate investors and firms with institutional-level results coupled with direct accessibility.
